Lori-Ana Guillen

Lori-Ana is a bilingual Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Life Coach. She
has worked in the mental health field for over 6 years, providing different levels of care.

After recognizing that she needed to make a change from corporate life to something that
fulfilled her need to make a difference, Lori-Ana started on her own journey to personal healing.
She realized that we all need support in taking small steps to make brave changes.

Lori-Ana’s skills are based in DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. She also has
experience with exposure therapy and attachment-based family therapy.

Through Lori-Ana’s training in yoga and therapy, she decided to open another path to help
others through providing life coaching. Lori offers both in person and telehealth services.
