Lauren Barnhart, LPC

Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor who completed a Master's in Counseling from Arizona State University.

She works with adolescents and adults in individual and couples formats and specializes in the treatment of emerging adults.

Her areas of clinical expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and stress management. Lauren has completed extensive training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is an evidence-based treatment of trauma for individuals up to age 18.

She uses a strength-based, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach with clients that uses cognitive-behavioral skills to enhance coping.
